Top Air Travel Apps on Android in Mexico: Q2 2025 Performance

During the second quarter of 2025, the performance of leading air travel apps on the Android platform in Mexico showcased various trends in downloads and active user engagement.

Volaris 2.0 saw a significant decline in weekly downloads, starting from 165K at the end of March and decreasing to 55K by the end of June. Despite this, there was a notable recovery in weekly active users, which increased from 162K in mid-April to 187K by the end of June.

Viva maintained a steady weekly download rate, peaking at 27K in the last week of May. However, active users fluctuated, dropping from 479K in early April to 366K by the end of June.

Aeromexico experienced a stable download count around 8K weekly, with active users showing a downward trend from 210K at the beginning of April to 176K by the end of June.

Flightradar24 Flight Tracker reported a modest increase in revenue, reaching up to $1.4K in the last week of June. Downloads fluctuated slightly, with a peak of 5.9K in mid-June, while active users increased from 77K to 90K over the quarter.

AMX 2.0 had consistent download numbers, peaking at 5.2K in late June. Active users slightly decreased from 44K at the beginning of April to 33K by the end of June.
